Gasket cutting
As the longest established gasket cutting company in the UK, there isn’t much we don’t know about high performance gaskets. We have extensive experience in this sector and wide-ranging manufacturing capability, to meet a huge range of gasket requirements in any material and to rigorously high standards.
Rubber moulding
Our rubber moulding capability covers Injection, compression and transfer moulding using a full range of materials from EPDM to FKM. We’re able to handle shot sizes of up to 2.5 litres and platen sizes up to 630 x 510mm. Our specialist skills include overmoulding and rubber to metal/composite bonding. We also manufacture high performance rubber couplings using multiple materials and fabric for reinforcement.
Assembly & kitting
All our gaskets are carefully hand-checked, tied in bundles and supplied in bulk or assembled in in sets for servicing and maintenance kits.
We’re able to handle sub=assembly with components in metal, plastic or composites to provide complete products ready for use on the production line or subsequent fitting.
